INTRODUCTION
H.K.A Hotel is a 3 star business hotel owned by the H.K.A Commodity City Group. The
hotel was built as a tourism place to enrich the beauty of the Teluk Cempedak beach .
Located near the beach at Teluk Cempedak of Kuantan, the hotel is only 15 km from the
Kuantan city and very close to famous local Teluk Cempedak beach. Hotel housed 285 rooms
and suites .Hotel also housed 9 conference rooms, a gym and game rooms. There are 2 in
house restaurants serving malay and western cuisine, a lobby bar and an executive lounge.
All areas are Wi-Fi enabled. All rooms and suites are furnished for maximum comfort and
full convenience for the conduct of business.



BACKGROUND
This hotel was built in 2002 by DLJ Construction. The area has 9881 square feet (918 square
meters) included swimming pools after the hotel become 3 star hotel. The hotel become 3 star
hotel because the increasing of rooms, accommodation, equipment in the hotel and the
increasing of the fame in 2008. The H.K.A hotel contain 103 staff include managers,
housekeeping, guards, chef & others. It a quite famous for domestic and foreign tourists.
Most of the foreign tourist came from Asian country. This hotel also enlist in top ten hotel to
check in in The Hotels magazine in 2009 and also this hotel also win one of the best hotel
service in Malaysia in 2012.

It is about 92.4% persons agree so we consider it is a right decision to enlarge the pool.

RECOMMENDATION
If the plan is approve, we can attract more tourists to come thus this can increase the income
of the hotel. This is a great opportunity to rank up our hotel to 4 star hotel with this we can
compete with other hotel in Malaysia and also this is a stepping stone for us to become 5 star
hotel for incoming improvement.



CONCLUSION
As a conclusion, I am asking for your kindness to enlarge our pool, so that more people with
a family are excited to choose our hotel as a place to stay because we make our pool more
bigger than before and the accommodation too are so comfortable. We can get more income.
