Worked as a Operation & Maintenance Supervisor in SIEMENS Pakistan
which was the Operation & Maintenance Contractor of Japan Power
Generation Lahore.
To ensure proper and efficient operation of plant on as assigned shift in
keeping with PPA. To ensure full EHS compliance, proper logging, record
of all events and parameters. Composing shift reports and taking timely
and effective measures during emergency situations.
• Responsible for safe and Efficient Operations of the plant during his shift.
• To coordinate with the Operations Manager, Shift Engineer and other
departments of this plant.
• To operate the generating unit in Manual as well as Automatic modes.
Starts and stops of generators, connects and disconnects to the grid system.
• Monitors equipment that regulates the flow of electricity from the power
plant.
• Keep the higher Management informed of any unusual incident.
• Make periodic rounds of power plant observing conditions, if found any
abnormal conditions, to take immediate corrective actions.
