iGCDP Process
Hey AIESEC COTE DIVOIRE!!!!!!! This document has been prepared for you to
guide you in the process of exchange after having planned your project. Good luck
and do great in your term as an exchanger!! Y!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So just to clarify your path lets define what a PBOX is:

The process of raising:

Part 1:



Market Research Pre-contact Contact

come up with a
target list of
companies you
want to contact
refer to the
segmentation list
so that it does
not

MC or other LCs
Prepare the
proposal
make calls to set
the meeting
collect as much
information
about the
company as you
can, it is always
good to be
prepared

appointment on

and get them to
stamp it (only if
the have special
requests to what
the intern should
do)

and implement projects
for LCs to drive exchange
and impact the society.

Now once you sign the contract, here comes the part where you put your TN form online.

The Matching Process:

Thanks for the new matching process on myaiesec.net; matching has been made relatively
easier to any TN manager with a desirable project.

Part 1:

Option 1:

Open the desired
EP form

choose country
and LC you want
your EP to be from





go to browse
internships
go to the right and
choose EP and
GCDP

choose TN check who likes it






go to AIESEC
programmes
fill out the status of
the form and lc

contact the EP and
set a skype meeting
to do the interview

Option 3:

Use the AIESEC contacts you have to get EPs interested in your projects so that you can match
them.

Part 2:



Contact the EP, be friendly
and set a skype meeting
Send them your reception
booklet that will help them to
plan packing to come to COTE
DIVOIRE! AKWABA!!!








Have the meeting
Send the EP an Invitation
letter that will make the VISA
process easier for them.






if you like the way the
meeting went, send the EP
an email congratulating them
and asking them to send you
their acceptance note by a
certain Deadline

Matching on the system:

Once you get the acceptance
not, send them your
acceptance note and match
them on the system

Realizing your EP: (servicing)



Remind your TN taker of
when the EP will be
arriving

Introduce the EP to
his/her Buddy

Get the budy to show
them all the necessary
places like: pharmacy,
supermarket, clinics, etc





Keep constant
communication with the
EP to make them feel
comfortable

Go meet your EP
hopefully on their first
day in the country

take your EP to their first
day of work





Prepare the reception
team by reminding them
of when the EP will be
arriving

Get the reception team
to pick up the EP
at the airport

Ensure an awesome XP
for your EP!!!
