On March 13, 2012, House Republicans
voted for the Dean motion that the Minority
Report on education bill HF 2083 (which
included eliminating tax havens to pay back
the school shift) be laid on the table,

Expenditure Cost $56.9 Million For The
2012-2013 Biennium. In February 2012,
the Minnesota Department of Revenue
presented the Tax Expenditure Budget,
noting the Foreign Operating Corporations
tax expenditure cost the General Fund $56.9

the things Minnesota does not do well, is

tax really passes it down to the consumer.
I would love to see [Minnesota] eliminate
corporate tax. For the simple reason, you
dont tax the corporation. That is going to
the consumer, because that business has to
make a profit. So lower it of course is good,
