The Global Community Development Program (GCDP) provides you
with the platform to globally source talented students and recent
graduates, from all academic backgrounds, to strengthen your core work
and harness both domestic and internal business opportunities. AIESEC
connects you with freshly thinking and globally minded future leaders to

Development Traineeship is one of the main
Traineeship provides by AIESEC to International
students who willing and have a competency to develop
people and make positive impact to society in another
country. In Padang, there are more than 100 interns
from various countries has already came to do DT
(Development Traineeship) . They were worked in
several Schools, Orphanages, Tourism Department,
NGOs, University of Andalas, Private Schools,etc. They
do teaching English, foreign language and introduce
their own unique culture to the students in Padang.

AIESEC Indonesia established in 1984 at Avignon, France. Since then, AIESEC
Indonesia had been a platform for Indonesian youth to develop their leadership through
practical and unique experiences.

PBOX
PBOX stands for Project Based on Exchange. PBOX is project based on hot issue
involving exchange participants from other countries. The exchange participants are
doing social project in many activities. The activities are done in PBOX itself, such as
seminar, workshop, competition, long march, and many more.
