DEPOSITIONS PENDING ACTION


Rule 23 rule regulates Depositions de bene esse or those taken or the purpose o a
pending a!tion as a "ode o dis!o#er$%
Rule 2& regulates Depositions perpetua" in rei "e"oria" or those taken to
perpetuate e#iden!e or purposes o an anti!ipated a!tion or urther pro!eedings in a
!ase on appeal%
