I, M. Parvathi Reddy, D/o Late Muniyappa Reddy, Aged about 35

Bangalore-560009. Do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as
follows:
1. I Kumari M. Parvathi Reddy represents Karnataka Kanunu
Samrakshana Samithi, a registered organization under
Karnataka society act and I am well convercent with the facts
of the case which is I am deposing herein so I am swearing
this affidavit.

2. I state that the motto of our organization tries to protect the
law of Karnataka.

3. I state that the suit filed by the plaintiff on schedule property
for partition, but the suit schedule property is not at all
belongs to plaintiff neither defendants.

4. I state that the suit schedule property are belongs to
government. Our aim of the organization is to protect the
schedule property from the plaintiff and defendant and likes to
preserve the property for public purpose. To full fill the aim of
the organization it is necessary to implead our organization as
the defendant in the above said case.

5. I state that I have got a good case on merits. If this
application is not allowed, we will be put to irreparable loss,
hardship and injury and our rights in the schedule properties
will be jeopardized. On the other hand, no hardship will be
caused to the parties to the suit.


WHEREFORE, I Pray that this Honble court be pleased to
allow the accompanying application, as prayed for in the
interest of justice and equity.
