It will be helpful if you are willing to provide information about the issues influencing your decision to leave. Some of these issues, if identified by a number of departing staff and consistent over time, may provide valuable pointers for the formulation of public sector human resource management policy. They may also help to clarify possible concerns in organisational culture.
