For final inspection, 2 forms has been created for the purpose of final inspection on EKO-Block. The forms are:
1. CS-F30A - Daily inspection on the dimension of eko-block after demoulding. Frequency
will be 10pcs per batch.
2. CS-F32A - Inspection and Test Records. This form will be used for the final inspection of
eko-block where 2pcs per batch will be chosen at random to perform the dimension
test, weight test as well as the compressive strength test.
