Associate Manager/Manager

Location: Bangalore
Roles & responsibilities:
Responsible for managing client/on-site team interaction and understand business
requirements
Set and manage client expectations for project output and timelines on an ongoing basis
Lead a 4-5 member team in designing & executing analysis, interpreting results and
generating key insights
Create / maintain overall project documentation including issue trackers / delivery trackers /
resource utilization
Responsible for appraising and developing team members
Contribute to company initiatives in presales and other business development activities
Work across time zones
Primary skills (Expected Skills):
Possess strong analytical/logical thinking skills and clarity of thought
Possess strong listening, verbal and written communication skills
Manage tasks and/or people with tight deadlines
Secondary Skills:
Project management experience is a plus
Ability to extract and analyze data from multiple sources using analytical tools
Proficiency in data analysis using statistical and mathematical tools and techniques
Educational qualifications:
Bachelors in Engineering/MBA / Statistics / Economics with 3+ years experience from
premier institutes.

Roles & responsibilities:
Responsible for understanding clients' business problems and defining the analytical
approach to solving them
Provide expertise and guidance in the translation of business challenges into analytical
problems
Ability to conceptualize the analytical methodology for business problems, provide strategic
and operational data-based insights to business recommendations
Working with the project team to ensure that your inputs will drive the execution aspects of
the solution
Develops and builds relationship with existing and new clients
Take leadership role in the development of processes/systems to enhance and streamline
department functions
Lead, help and guide the team in day-to-day analyses to meet the business goals
Introduce new processes, best practices to streamline the work flow and improve team
productivity
Act as a single point contact between the client, teams and management & independently
interface with clients
Being part of sales presentations and contributing to PFP's/RFI's
Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business
solutions with project management
Lead a role in attracting, retaining, appraising and developing staff
Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client
relationship
Contributes towards collateral development
Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients

Have a good knowledge of software tools such as SAS, SPSS, Business Objects, Excel
Have a good knowledge of database querying languages such as SQL, PL SQL etc.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools
Exp in Analytics, IT , Consulting
Secondary skills:
