It will also e used as a standard with which students will comply in preparing their reports. Thus oth students and faculty memers acting as supervisors!co"supervisors are advised!e#pected to e familiar with the guidelines as mentioned in the manual.

It should e treated as a 7stand"alone8 section through which the supervisor!reader would get an idea aout the overall wor2 done during the internship period. ;hile the length of an e#ecutive summary varies. for an internship report. it should not e more than & page"long. The content of an e#ecutive summary is given on page %%. Ta(le of ontents& In the Tale of 5ontents. the preliminary pages should e stated first with page numers to e in (oman letters Ci.. ii.. iii.. etc.D. List of Ta(les& The list of tales should present all the tales chronologically with their corresponding page numers. In the main te#t. the guidelines for presenting the 7Ta(les+ are as follows$ There should e a doule spacing etween the te#t and the placement of the heading of the Tale. Under the Tale heading. the title should e written. Both the tale heading and the title should e at the center of the page. Below that. there should e a lan2 single spacing for the tale to e presented. After the tale. again. there should e a doule spacing for the ne#t paragraph to start. In putting any tale. the column grid lines are to e omitted+ only the row lines are to e 2ept. 'o Tale no. should e presented without putting any reference of it in the main te#t. List of Fig'res& The list of figures should present all the figures chronologically with their corresponding page numers. It should present ratio analysis. where various ratios comprising the data of the particular organi*ation must e compared with those of the industry average ! leading company ! its main competitor over a period. The section might e cap with the 4;AT analysis presenting the four components in detail. hapter Three& Metho$ology In this section. the students must mention the sources of their information. primary and!or secondary. If any particular method!techni<ue is applied to analyse the findings. it should e discussed in detail. hapter Fo'r& Fin$ings an$ "is#'ssions In the 76indings8 section. it is e#pected that the student displays a mastery of his!her analytical aility to analyse the findings.
