Kua Siga Wunga

Centuries ago, there was a beautiful girl. She was kind and
simple. One night, she could not sleep. She could forget her
dream. She dreamed a handsome boy met her and helped
her to get some water in the river. Two months letter, she
does not know but she felt her pregnant a baby but there
was none a man touches her before. Her parent got sad
because she pregnant a baby out of wedding. The village
jurisdiction gave her a universe punishment. She could not
live in the village again. She got out from village. She
brought her lovely dog, named Dala Kuwe. She stays in the
cave nearby forest that so far from village.

When, the born time had come, a light came from far and
heard a voice,
“Ana kena
Ame Lizu ana Leza
Nga moe api Leza
Da bhera sadho zata Dewa
We dara masa kitaata
We tau sia masa nama ngaza.”
It mean,
“That boy
Have father sky, son of sun
He like a fire in the sun
He will reach god
He lighting all humans
Witch makes noon and all names of things”
After that, she believes her son was not like ordinary human.

She had born a handsome baby. That baby was not like a
ordinary baby. When his age is seven, he could hunt in the
forest and make tuak (see text below).

One day, bamboo that placed for his tuak did not contain by
any tuak. That incident happened again at the following day.
He was very annoyed. He had planned to catch the thief. He
woke up earlier than before. He planned to hide nearby the
bamboo. At the 12.00 am, some bird came to bamboo from
sun. Suddenly, wind and cloud came. That bird turned into
baby then a teen then adult finally into grandfather. The
grandfather drank that tuak. The boy catches him, that boy
pull the grandfather’s beard. The grand father tried to fly but
that boy did not remove his hand from grandfather’s beard.
Finally, the boy and grandfather flow around the sun in the
sky. Then, the grandfather surrenders from fight. He told the
boy that the boy was his grandchild. The grandfather
commands the boy to confront him with the boy’s mother.
The following day, that grandfather met the boy’s mother.
The grand told mother, “you are the earth and your husband
is sky, his name is Kua Siga Wunga. Your son is universe. I
am your grandpa. I am the Sun.” After that, grandfather
came back to the sun. Mother knew all what happened so
far. The mother and boy wanted to go to village, but in one
condition. They may live in the village if they could pass the
test first. The test would examine about their truth. They
must walk on the sword. If their feet hurt, they may not live
in the village. If their feet did not hurt, they may live in the
village and get noble status. After they walked on the sword,
their feet did not hurt. They may live in the village. They
lived happily and ever after.

+tuak is kind of traditional wine that make with traditional

method. Tuak is traditional drink that you can find it
anywhere in Indonesia especially sunda land area.
