The strand jack is a hydraulic device with
which heavy loads can be raised and
lowered over short and long distances.
By combining a number of units, it is pos-
sible to raise or lower almost any load.
Modules with capacity of 125/250/380 t,
with sliding friction resistance < 1%
The AirPad-transport System (APS), a system for moving heavy loads with a minimum
friction values, consists essentially of individual or coupled load modules, a slideway
and the associated supply systems(hydraulic and compressed air).
Application possibilities:
Moving/pushing-in of building parts
(bridges, underpasses etc.)
Moving and turning of heavy
machines (tunnelling machines,
generators etc.)
Moving of ships and parts of ships
(e.g. 16 loudouts in Korea,
22 t/ship)
AirPad transport System (APS system)
Lock-nut jacks for large and small lifting tasks can be hired from
Hebeltec with or without personnel. These jacks are ideally suited
for combination with the MegaSteel system.

devices, the strand jack has an optimum
weight-capacity ratio, which allows it to
