re"ular basis to *eep )ourself infored of any chan"es.
%.0 &y usin" the FIFA 'i"ital (latfors, )ou a"ree that the postin" of new or revised Ters
on or within the FIFA 'i"ital (latfors shall constitute ade1uate and constructive notice to )ou
of any and all revisions and chan"es. 2ontinued use of the FIFA 'i"ital (latfors after any such
chan"es or after e3plicitly acceptin" the new Ters upon lo""in" into the FIFA 'i"ital (latfors
shall constitute )our acceptance of such chan"es.
%.4 The use of particular $ervices ay be sub#ect to specific ters of service related to the
concerned $ervice. In usin" such $ervices, )ou a"ree to be bound by the ters then in force. To
the e3tent that there is any inconsistency between the Ters and any other ters of service, those
other ters of service shall prevail in respect of the concerned service.

+.% 2ertain areas of the FIFA 'i"ital (latfors re1uire re"istration (/estricted Areas). &y
re"isterin", )ou represent and warrant that. (i) )ou are eli"ible for an account as set forth in these
Ters5 and (ii) the inforation )ou include as part of the re"istration process is accurate and not
isleadin". Accounts ay be obtained and used only by. (i) individual, independent
professionals who are ei"hteen (%6) years old or of le"al a"e in their country of residence if such
a"e e3ceeds ei"hteen (%6)5 (ii) those individuals whose re"istration has been authorised either by
their parents or le"al "uardian if they are below the le"al a"e in their respective country of
residence5 or (iii) individuals with the ri"ht and authority to act on behalf of an or"anisation or
entity for the purposes of accessin" and usin" the FIFA 'i"ital (latfors.
+.+ In respect of )our use of these 7estricted Areas, )ou a"ree to. (i) provide true, accurate,
current and coplete inforation about )ourself as propted by the re"istration for
(!/e'istration &ata!)5 and (ii) aintain and proptly update the 7e"istration 'ata to *eep it
true, accurate, current and coplete. If )ou provide, or FIFA has reasonable "rounds to suspect
that )ou have provided, any inforation that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incoplete, or
FIFA otherwise reasonably considers that )ou have failed to coply with any provisions of these
Ters, FIFA has the ri"ht to suspend or terinate )our account and refuse )ou access to any and
all current or future use of the FIFA 'i"ital (latfors (or any portion thereof).

and operated by 8oo"le Inc., or an Apple I' on the Apple app store, owned and operated by

0.% )ou will receive a password and account desi"nation upon copletin" any re"istration
process (as described in $ections +.% and +.+). )ou are responsible for aintainin" the
confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur
under )our password and account.
0.+ )ou a"ree to. (i) iediately notify FIFA of any unauthori?ed use of )our password or
account and any other breach of security5 and (ii) ensure that )ou e3it fro )our account at the
end of each session. FIFA cannot and will not be liable for any loss or daa"e arisin" fro )our
failure to coply with this $ection 0.

FIFA is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its ;sers, particularly those not yet of le"al
a"e in their respective country of residence. For this reason, parents / "uardians who wish to
allow their children access to the FIFA 'i"ital (latfors should review these Ters and assist
such children with the settin" up of any relevant accounts and supervise the child@s access to the
FIFA 'i"ital (latfors. &y allowin" )our child access to the FIFA 'i"ital (latfors, he or she
will be able to access all of the FIFA 'i"ital (latfors, which ay now or in the future include
public and private counication tools as well as other features that ay not be appropriate for

2ontent is provided to )ou A$ I$ and ay not be used, reproduced, distributed, transitted,
broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed or otherwise e3ploited for any other purposes than their
access and usa"e on the FIFA 'i"ital (latfors. For that sole and e3clusive purpose, FIFA "rants
to )ou a liited, revocable, non9e3clusive license to access and use the FIFA 'i"ital (latfors
privately for non9coercial purposes, in accordance with these Ters.
(ii) User Submissions
A.+ )ou retain all ri"hts in any ;ser $ubission that )ou provide to the FIFA 'i"ital
(latfors. )ou shall be solely responsible for )our own ;ser $ubissions and the conse1uences

(latfors, whether arisin" under intellectual property laws, libel, privacy, obscenity, or

warrant that )ou have the written consent, release, and/or perission of each and every

A.A )ou "rant to FIFA an irrevocable, worldwide, non9e3clusive, royalty9free, perpetual,
sub9licensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative wor*s of,
display and perfor ;ser $ubissions in connection with the FIFA 'i"ital (latfors or FIFABs
(and its successorBs) business, includin", without liitation, for the purpose of prootin" and
redistributin" part or all of the ;ser $ubissions (and derivative wor*s thereof) in any and all
edia forats and throu"h any and all edia channels. )ou also hereby "rant each ;ser of the
FIFA 'i"ital (latfors a non9e3clusive license to access and use )our ;ser $ubissions throu"h
