PERSONAL PROFILE:
Serving as Program Manager (Hospital Management System) being deployed in 44 hospitals
across Pakistan. Responsible for Strategic and Operational level Deployment and
implementation of the Health Care ERP.
Developed and implemented a low cost, and highly secure and efficient design for internal and
external data network serving office automation and strategic requirements.
As Project Manager successfully analyzed, designed and implemented the Hospital Management
System ERP, conforming to HL-7 Standards, of 4 hospitals in 4 different cities of 250-1000 beds
indoor capacity each.
Single headedly designed and implemented with limited software developers a strategic
organization's Logistic Management System ERP within 8 months against target of 1 year for logistic
management of troops and equipment along with their weaponry.
Pivotal team member in deployment of the first ever Tier-3 Data-centre in the history of Pakistan for
the a strategic organization, covering 100+ cities and serving over 70 million employees
demonstrating strong analytical and technical skills.
Achieved the successful deployment of ISP and ADSL solution for the very first time in Pakistan at a
training organization of the strategic organization in 2002, saving PKR 25m, which became the case
study for private sector organizations.
