My company Repsol Views corporate social responsibility as its contribution to sustainable development beyond legal requirements,
implemented in our actions included in our sustainability plans.
We apply our corporate social responsibility in order to meet social expectations in fundamental matters such as the environment, human
rights, labor practice, consumer affairs, fair operation practices and community development.
Our Corporate Social Responsibility Committees, both at corporate and country level, are made up of business and corporate units that manage

CSR Examples:
Improving the quality of life of the workforce and their families:
Repsol host an annual sports and family day for their staff and family members of the organization.The purpose of this day is to provide a great
opportunity for employees to spend a casual and fun day with their colleagues and their families. It is a fantastic opportunity to get to know
each other better and do something different than a usual workday. Shared experiences help generate a better working atmosphere and
strengthen the solidarity among employees.
Repsol Donations:
In 2010 Repsol donated towards diagnostic tools, music therapy equipment and educational material, that grant was used to expand Caribbean
Kids and Family Therapy Organization equipment in its clinic and to furnish and outfit the clinic in St James, Trinidad.

Provide Emergency relief to Hurricane victims:
I recommend that Repsol participates in hurricane or flood relief programs in the communities in which their operate. This would give Repsol an
opportunity to assist various communities who were heavily affected by such natural disasters which Repsol views as an obligation to society.
This can become a potential benefit, improving Repsols reputation and branding.
To provide a literacy support programme to primary schools:
Repsol Sponsored Teacher Training, a workshop which was held on August 11 and 12-2011 at the Rudranath Capildeo Learning Center in Couva,
Trinidad with emphasis on providing classroom teachers with tips and tools to apply with students who might be experiencing obstacles in
learning.
Conclusion: I recommend that Repsol organizes a campaign to clean up the beaches of Trinidad. This can become one of my company's key
CSR initiatives, reflecting its commitment to environmental conservation and protection of Trinidad's coastline from the threat of
contamination. Repsol`s staff should volunteer to participate in this activity joined by students and faculty members from schools throughout
Trinidad. This would improve the quality of life for Repsol`s workforce. I suggest that Repsol perform fundraisers and provide toys for less fortunate
children during the Christmas holidays in various communities. This will provide a message of hope to less fortunate children that will assist them in
becoming responsible, productive, patriotic citizens. This would improve the quality of life for the community citizens.
