INTRODUCTION
Elimination of signal conflict in sequential control
If signal overlapping occurs through the actuating sequence of the limit switches in a
sequential control , if is necessary to use other or additional component in order to eliminate
these signal overlap. Signallers with idle return roller are only briefly actuated , send only
short impulsees in one direction. Idle return rollers are thus used to neutralized signal
overlapping instead of standard roller.
Use of idle return roller
An idle-return roller valve consists of a 3/2 way DCV fitted with an idle return roller
mechanism.

SAFETY
Build your designs and verify your operation. Make sure that the pressure is 4 bars and is
connected correctly. Double check your connections before switching the compressor on.
OPERATION
1. The workpiece that is to be drilled is placed into a jig by hand.
2. After actuating the start button, the piston of a double acting cylinder A clamps the
workpiece.
3. When the workpiece has been clamped, the piston of the drilling cylinder B extand,
drills the workpiece ad retracts (after completing the drilling procedure) automaticaly
back into its end position.
4. When the piston of cylinder B has returned to its upper end position, the piston of
cylinder A also retracts and unclamps the workpiece.
5. The working speed of both cylinders is infinitely.
