MAJOR CONSIDERATIONS
I.
The Scheme have been brought by Govt. of Haryana under Affordable Housing Policy by giving
builder relief in FAR, Density, EDC, IDC, License fee etc. so that the builder can allot the flats at
Govt. Subsidized Prices.
II.
Allotments of the units will be done by Govt. of Haryana After conducting a Draw of lots just like
Draw of Huda & DDA.
III.
Registry cost for the apartment at the time of possession will be borne by the buyer itself.
IV.
Balcony will be charged extra at the cost of Rest. 500/- per square foot approx. 50,000/- for 100
Sq. Ft balcony.
V.
ANY PERSON HAVING FLATS/PLOTS OR ANY PROPERTY IN HUDA, DDA OR ANY LICENSED
COLONY IN HARYANA OR NCR OR UT CHANDIGARH WILL BE GIVEN SECOND PREFERENCE IN THE
DRAW.
