NARRATIVE REPPORT

INTRODUCTION
The use of the computer system today is involving the development maintenance, and
the use of the computer system, software, and network for the processing and distributing data.
The communication or reception of knowledge or intelligence, obtain from investigation, study or
what we called research or striation. Modern technology nowadays is the best way of
communicating people anywhere in the globe. Today, nothing is impossible. Even those easy
information was even stated using internet explorer. It was a big help for those who works
online, office and also for us students because we can easily search, download and print
whatever we want to, its the easiest and the best way for us to find what we needed. The
advantage of having an internet connection is what us people satisfy day by day. We used into
it, we depend into it. Its seems like our day is not complete if we were not able to log in into our
favorite applications like Facebook, Google, YouTube, Twitter, Skype, Instagram, Mozilla
Firefox and many more to enjoy with. How about those disadvantages? Can we figure it out? I
can say that it was makes us human Lazy, for example us students do not usually/often go to
the libraries anymore for us to turn on the leaves of the books and look for our assignments
anymore, we are effortless although in other aspect, the advantage of these is, if we used the
internet as Ive stated before we can easily look for what we want, and for that, we used to
manage out time, energy and effort and for those remaining hours or seconds we can do other
activities such as playing outdoor or indoor games, get together with friends, more time to bond
to our respective family as well as we can able to help our parents in household choirs. And if
we do has an internet connections at home we can even more have time to watch our favorite
movies with lots of choices to choose from HBO, AXN, ETC, NAT GEO WILD, solar sports, fox,
bulls, fox XD, hyper, studio 23, ABS CBN, Disney Channel, CNN, NBA, National Geographic
Channel, Carton Networks for our little ones, PBO, GMA, NBN, ANC and many more to hang
on. All of these will bring us a total satisfaction, happiness and fulfillment. Aside from these,
Cellular Phones are the most common sort of communication to one and all. It has been a part
of our daily living because it was very useful to everyone. We can easily contact our love ones.
We can even know what was happening not only here but around the world.
One example is the Eagle Vision located in Zone 1 Bantay ilocos Sur. One company
who offers internet connections its been useful for the people of Ilocos Sur.
KWOLEDGE AND TRAINING
On-job-training at Eagle Vision gave me sufficient knowledge, equipped me with the
information vital among other courses. I experience trouble shoot monitors, transmitter,
amplifiers, and cable line connections. I used to now those different kinds of tools, on how their
uses occur and equipments. A big thanks to them because with their patient in teaching us for
our betterment, I can say that I gained knowledge on how to be a good technician or an
operator someday. Now I have the knowledge to do in my own simple ways, on how to do with
my own strategy and way to accomplished all task given to me.

OBSERVATION
The operation of the Eagle

Vision requires consistency of signing on and off time. I have

my own explanation about the name Eagle Vision. For me, eagle means fast, high, the explorer,
can move to any place anywhere in time. Vision means the power to do all what we wanted to
do, it is the way in how we handle things or for short it is the complex ability of all things,
anything is possible.
The daily routine of the employees and us OJTs at the Eagle Vision from morning is 8 o
clock in the morning it is their sign in, and 5:30 in the afternoon is their sign out. This could be
due to the distance travelled by the staff as they come from other municipalities.
It was my honor to be a part of the famous Eagle Vision were I met those kind
employees, friendly, honest, and observes discipline to one and all.
They were such a good person, easy to rely on, easy to talk to and asked any help, they
treated us like no other. Although sometimes those various areas where not able to reach by the
Eagle Vision, they were finding ways on how to improve these problems, and people were
expecting a much better connection. Because they were lacking of technicians, some of rural
areas were not able to connect to their internet but they were looking forward into this. There
were Eagle Vision branch located in CABUGAO north of ilocos sur and in San Fernando la
union in south. The other branches namely shama, sunshine, trend, montris, and excel.

RECOMMENDATION AND SUGGESTIONS

I suggest that the company should add the numbers of technicians. There were 365
Barangays of ilocos sur these must be serve all so that they could experience your wireless
connection. The ones who answers phone calls were lacking, so that they cannot answer it all.
This must be action by the company. Reconnecting, bad signal, new instillations, line
connection troubles, Are the most common problems reported this must also have an action.
