Scenario
LearnWithMe is a company that offers driving instruction to the public. The following paragraph is the
description of an area of their business activities.

Hiring Instructors
The process is the same regardless of whether drivers are full-time or hourly paid. Posts are advertised in the
local press and respondents receive an application form in the post. Applications are examined by the
manager of LearnWithMe who decides if he wishes to interview the candidate. If so he will phone the
individual and invite him/her to interview. Such applicants are interviewed by the manager and a decision is
made whether to hire and on what basis. Details of the successful applicant are kept in a filing cabinet along
with the starting wage and starting date.
