RESPONSIBILITIES

RHQ Set-top Box(STB) Project and Customer Relation Manager for the Pay TV / Telco customers in the S.E
Asia region

To work with the RHQ STB team to ensure efficient and on time Management of Key Projects and
Customers in the S.E Asia Region

Develop relationships with STB Technology Partners across S.E Asia region on key projects to ensure on
time delivery

To identify new opportunities within existing customer base to grow the STB business

Work with Samsung HQ & subsidiaries across S.E Asia Region to support customer requests and problem
resolution including Technical, Logistics, Finance & Product Planning

To work with Samsung HQ in Korea to ensure on time delivery of key STB projects in S.E Asia region.

Pay TV Market Trend analysis

Product planning for B2C market (DTT, OTT, Android Based STB for example)

Travelling is required within S.E Asia Region

REQUIREMENTS

Possess an Engineering or Marketing Degree or related studies

Good Level of Project Management experience with proven Project Management delivery

Proven experience in STB / Telco / IT industry (at least 5 years)

Experience in B2B Sales and Marketing (at least 4-5 years)

Understanding of Set-Top Box / Pay TV Market required (but not essential)

Eloquent, confident communicator (Fluent English)

Comprehensive understanding on technical trend and STB eco-system (Conditional Access, MW, Head-end)

Good presentation/Report writing skills

Proficient in Microsoft Project / Excel for Database and Project Management reporting

Excellent interpersonal/People Management / Problem Solving skills
