I like go out with my friends, make barbecues with the guys. I like
go to the beach, play soccer, play guitar and drums, watch series
and movies, surfing the internet and always be with my family.
I know, and like to cook Japanese food, always make to my family or
friends.
I enjoy read book. Now I'm reading the first book in the serie Game
of Thrones and I watch this serie too.
Well, I like this serie, already watched the first 3 seasons, but the
book has much more details, so I decided to read, hope to read five
books before starting the fourth season.

My name is Paulo Edson Correa, Im 29 years old and in my last job
I worked as Buyer and Contract Analyst. I live in Salto and was born
here. I graduated in Business Management at Fatec Indaiatuba,
during my graduate I started work at Ventec Ambiental. I worked
there for six years and now I dont work. Im searching jobs.
Im an extrovert, I like to make new friends and to talk to people. I
am friendly. Im hardworking, fast learner. Im always organized. I
like to study and learn other things in my work, I like to cooperate
and for my not problem work as an team. Im reliable. I have great

I studied Business Management at Fatec Indaiatuba of 2006 at
2008. In the year 2012, I did one travel of interchange to study

English. And now I do postgraduate at FGV So Paulo, Im my first

semester, my course is Commercial Management.
I lived for one year in Ireland to study English and experience a new
culture, know people from different countries, and traveling through
Europe.
I worked for 6 years in enterprise Ventec Environmental, in two
passages there, I could work on my first passage in 3 different
departments, my main activity has always been Purchasing, but
accumulated the department of Human Resources and Quality in
this first pass, second pass I back working in Purchasing and also
worked in the area of contract administration as an analyst.
In the Purchasing area I did price quote , negotiate with suppliers ,
issue purchase orders and track orders , track delivery process and
final fulfillment of the conditions negotiated ; researching new
suppliers of various products and services , conduct visits to
suppliers ; attend fairs for upgrade and new product research ;
register new suppliers ; performing stock analysis and determine the
needs of purchasing raw materials and components ; help
commercial area with prices and quotations .
In the Contracts I did analysis of the specifications of each project ;
perform project planning , control order to meet the cost, schedule ,
quality , customer satisfaction , project control over modifications ,
revisions and services , control of contracts for the term modification
values , fines , critical analysis of budgets , identifying resource
needs , monitor activities , manage the administrative activities of
the works ; manage contracts contractors .

In the Human Resources, Im worked to structuring and coordinating

this department, responsible for defining the area of processes ,
salary surveys and management jobs and salaries , benefits
administration , appointment card , payroll , coordination of training
plan annual , organization of events and conferences ( technical
training and motivational ) ; administration of HR related documents
ISO 9001:2008 ; coordination CIPA ; recruitment and selection

(analysis of candidates , sources of recruitment, screening ,

interviews , tests ) ; conducting group dynamics ; admission and
integration of new employees ; organizational climate survey ;
interview shutdown and performance evaluation .
In the Quality, Im worked coordinating of the quality system, internal
and external audits , creating and managing spreadsheets , quality
indicators and process mapping ; administration and revision of ISO
documents , training for staff on QMS and quality tools ;
representative external audits ( certification Bureau Veritas and SGS
), supplier evaluation and performance management , process
management coordinator of the view of indicators and quality
processes , quality coordination committee and meetings with
managers and directors ; coordination meeting of critical analysis.
I am a very organized person, but not problem work without a
defined scope
I like to work, independently with a team or not.
Im hardworking, motivated and determined. My determination helps
me to achieve great results. And I think one characteristic important
is that Im very organized, this helps a lot.
I think I have a defect that is being a little perfectionist, and this
sometimes hampers, always wanting everything well organized, its
often not the ideal momentum day by day, has its good side, but can
somehow mess.
I worked on the implementation of a new ERP system in my area, it
could define the scope of the department, got overall 15% decrease
in the expense of my department, conducting joint purchasing
through the new system, regardless of project deadlines.
In the next five years I want to have good results for the company
and be promoted
