300mm Manufacturing

Our advanced operational and technology capabilities are made available through a global
manufacturing network, anchored by existing 300mm facilities in Singapore, Germany, and a
new manufacturing operation under construction in Saratoga County, New York. Periodic

benchmarking conducted by third parties consistently places GLOBALFOUNDRIES as a leader

worldwide in the major categories for fab performance. We have the ability to introduce
technologies with greater process maturity than is typical of the foundry industry enabling

Fab 1 - Dresden, Germany

The Dresden manufacturing site is recognized throughout the industry as among the most
