Utilizar la gramtica y vocabulario adecuadamente de acuerdo a los

Escribir un texto, donde pueda expresar ideas y situaciones reales de la

My name is Blanca Enelia Hoyos Escobar, I'm agroforestry engineering student, I am

Today we are going to preparing an delicious and appetizing sancocho with a


chicken , maybe one of the traditional and most desired Colombian cuisine dishes,
however there are many palates who say the sancocho that is prepared especially in
the region of Valle del Cauca, is the most tasty Sancocho and the best country.

The ingredient most important and essential for a perfect sancocho at the time of
preparation, is a good chicken creole, also it should be noted that some ingredients
like green bananas and cassava are essential, because it is they who ultimately give
special flavor to valle's sancocho.
INGREDIENTS
14 cups water
1 chicken fat and chopped
1 cup chopped beef tail
2 stalks scallions integers
2 stalks of green onions chopped
2 onions on bulb, peeled and chopped
2 green tomatoes, chopped
4 green banana, a pound of peeled cassava and cut into pieces
5 sheets of coriander
2 spoons of coriander chopped
cumin, salt, pepper and Saffron to taste!

Preparing

First, we must to do a stew with long onions and green tomatoes; The Onions in
bulb we need to chop and place in a container of a size commensurate with the
amount of ingredients and the amount of water appropriate, and we must boil it,
also simultaneously add in the receptacle, the entire onion and ground beef.

After putting everything we need, we cover the pot and we bring to high heat for
about an hour. At this point we should add dame's chicken and green banana,
remember that the latter shall is peeled, and we add it to the broth. Cooking
temperature is lowered to medium heat, we cover the pot again and let cook for 30
minutes. After this time you can get whole onion and instead add the cassava, we
letting it cook for about 20 minutes with salt, pepper, cumin and coriander.

Finally we cook it over low heat for 10 minutes and at this point the sancocho with
chicken is now ready to be served, this is the stamp vallecaucano. In each dish you
can add a bit of coriander for garnish and season the sancocho.

This Colombian dish is usually accompanied with avocado or some pepper it can
be prepared at home.
