Disability) and 01(one) post for Ex-Servicemen from Veterinary Science , respectively shall be
considered from any of the above category.
In the event of non-availability or availability of insufficient number of eligible women
candidates belonging to any particular community, the vacancies shall be filled up by the male
candidates of that community.

The prescribed application form, information sheet containing the details of


qualification, experience, scale of pay and other required conditions in respect of each
post, general information and instruction to the candidate can be downloaded from
University website : www.ouat.ac.in. The application form complete in all respect
alongwith self attested copies of all certificates, mark sheets of all examination passed,
experience certificate if any, and research publications by Registered post latest by
17th December, 2014 upto 5.00 P.M. and it should addressed to the Registrar, OUAT,
Bhubaneswar-751003, Odisha. Application received after the last date shall not be
entertained. The University shall not be held responsible for any loss or delay in postal
transaction.
Application not conforming to prescribed format, incomplete, illegible and unsigned
or without date of birth, without original counter foil in support of required application fee or
photograph or received after closing date will be summarily rejected. Canvassing in any
form shall be considered as disqualification for the candidature.
Fees of the application for the post :
Rs.700/- (Rupees seven hundred) only plus Rs.50/- (Rupees fifty) only towards
intercity Bank charge in total Rs.750/- (Rupees seven hundred fifty) only shall be
deposited in favour of Comptroller, OUAT, Bhubaneswar in SBI Account
No.10173711536 of State Bank of India, OUAT Campus Branch, Bhubaneswar by deposit
pay slip and the candidate should enclose the original counter foil duly signed on the
same in the application form . Other mode of payment shall not be entertained.
Candidates are advised to quote the Advertisement Number and date in the top of
the application form. Candidates are advised to submit the separate application for
separate post as per their qualification.

The candidates who applied earlier for the posts (Agril. Statistics, Physics,
Chemistry, Mathematics, Fruits Science, Floriculture and Jr. Scientist-FMP) in response to
Advertisement No.61381, dated. 14.12.2011 and No.33843, dated. 25.06.2012 need not
apply again, if they fulfill the present qualification requirement, their case may be
considered along with the fresher.
Essential qualification and experience shall be considered in respect of different
posts advertised as on the last date of submission of application form.
In service candidate shall apply through proper channel. He/she has to submit
advance copy of original application to avoid delay. He/she should produce
No
Objection Certificate (NOC) from his/her employer at the time of interview failing which
his/her candidature will not be considered.
Applicants should be prepared to appear the interview at Bhubaneswar at their
own cost. The University reserves the rights to fill up all the posts or some of the posts or
even cancel the whole process of recruitment without assigning any reasons thereof.

FILLING THE FORM


When applying for more than one post, the candidate should submit separate application for each
post with required fees deposited separately.
Documentary proof in support of experience and Academic Qualifications indicated in the application

as in-complete and will be rejected.
Complete name of the post and discipline for which the candidate is applying should be written

The most important entries in this form are details of Academic Qualification, list of Publications,

Teaching, Research and Extension Experience record. Please make sure that all the details are given
in the form in which they are required.
Item No. 15 deals with your publication. Please, give details of title of paper, name of author(s),

name of the journal, volume and pages in a separate sheet which have been published or printed.
Also you may give reference of papers which have been accepted for publication by a standard
journal (Photo copy of the acceptance letter of the Chief Editor/ Editor with the manuscript should be
enclosed).
A recent passport size colour photograph should be pasted on the application form in the space

REGARDING FEES & MODE OF PAYMENT:
Fees Rs.700/- Plus Rs.50/- towards intercity bank charge in total Rs.750/- (Rupees Seven hundred
fifty) only shall be deposited in favour of Comptroller, OUAT, Bhubaneswar in SBI Account No.10173711536 of
State Bank of India, OUAT Campus Branch, Bhubaneswar by deposit pay slip and the candidate should
enclose the original counter foil duly signed on the same in the application form. Other mode of payment shall
not be entertained.
