INTRODUCTION
NIC district centre started functioning since 1989 and has
been playing a major role in spreading informatics culture
among offices in the district.
The Amravati district is divided into 14 Talukas
( Amravati, Bhatkuli, Nandgaon Khandeshwar, Daryapur,
Achalpur, Anjangaon, chandur Bazzar, Morshi, Warud,
Dharni, Chikhaldara, Chandur Railway, Tiosa, and
Dhamangaon) and six sub-division (Amravati, Daryapur,
Achlpur, Morshi, Dharni, Chandur Railway. Its distribution
is showing in following chart.

Treasury is a place where the currency or items of high

monetary value are kept. Treasury provides core
economic and financial policy advice to the Queensland
government as well as services to the community. Its
work is strongly linked with the governments fiscal
objective and key priorities outlined in the charter of
social and fiscal responsibility. Mumbai has an
administrative control over pay and accounts office
Mumbai/District Treasury office/sub-Treasury offices. It’s
all departments working under State Government.

 OBJECTIVES
∗ To define the word treasury.
∗ To study the function of treasury.
∗ To study the hierarchy of the organization.
∗ To know the task in treasury.
∗ To study the services provided by treasury.
 ∗ Description of the problem
Treasury it is a vast concept related with finance .all the
government employee are taking their payment from
treasury. Amravati treasury office handles 14 talluka and
6 sub division. How they manage there function and
provide services?

For finding the answer for above questions

Treasury is directly link with state government and 14
talukas handle by one Amravati Treasury office. There are
different types of employee who comes to take their
payment.

∗ In finance treasury it is a very vast concept and I am

interested in finance so I am selecting the topic.
∗ Treasury it a single place where all the government
employees for receiving the payment.
∗ To study about organizations employees work done I
am selecting that topic.
 ∗ Methodology:

1)Identify the problem :

Collecting the knowledge related topic and clear the
basic concepts treasury it is the vast concept of
finance and study with there functions, services.

2)Collection of secondary data:

Collecting some secondary data with the help of text
book of finance, internet.

3)Collection of primary data:

For primary data prepare a questioner for analysis of
service quality provided by treasury and meet with there
employee those are working there it is for functioning. For
service quality collecting 50 people data with different
age group.

4)Finding and analysis:

Collecting data finding and arranging it in proper
manner after the result apply some theoretical
concept.

5)Conclusion:
According to result conclude the report.

Problem is depending on the primary and secondary data
source are internet, interview, and by simple survey
method interact with people and take people perception
about services provide by treasury. For people perception
for service provide by Treasury collecting 50 government
employees for the data collection through random
sampling with age category.
