Before First Flight, remove the blanks and make sure

that there are no foreign objects: examine near the air
intakes and the exhaust zone.
Before First Flight, make sure that the corrective
maintenance tasks were carried out. Complete with pilot
and mechanic's check-list.
Between two flights, inspection of oil level in tank
and top up if required.
Between two flights, make sure that there are no leaks
at the general drain of the support platform.
After Last Flight, make sure that there are no abnormal
noises during gas generator rundown.
NOTE: During engine shut down or after 5 seconds
ventilation maximum
After Last Flight, manually check that the HP gas
generator rotates freely (no abnormal noises) and
visually check that the engine is in good condition.
NOTE: When T4 is below 150C, engine installed on
helicopter
After Last Flight, condition and attachment of the
engine: check of the front support
After Last Flight, carry out a consistency check.
NOTE: Engines equipped with a tachometer box with cycle
counting aid
After Last Flight, record in the engine log book the
cumulated number of C1 and C2 cycles consumed since the
last recording.
NOTE: If the consistency check is positive, the result
of the counting aid system can be used taking account
of the system specific characteristics.
After Last Flight, in the engine log book record the
total number of consumed flight hours.
After Last Flight, visually examine the engine and the
engine floor for leakage.
After Last Flight, visually check that there are no
leaks on the rear bearing oil ducts.
After Last Flight, do a visual inspection of the axial
compressor wheel (impacts on the leading edge), make
sure the rotating assembly turns freely, listen for
abnormal noises (rub).
After Last Flight, examine the engine: tightness of
mating surfaces and pipes, condition of the casing, the
exhaust pipe and the exhaust pipe attachment.
After Last Flight, condition check of the electric
equipment and harness attachments (locking of
connectors).
