HARD WARE CONFIGURATION

Hardware requirement means what kind of computer and accessories are required in Omega
graphics staff to do their daily routine with ease. For that we have the see the requirements of
each department and provide them best available solution for their work.

Mother Board

It is the base of all hardware requirement, and mobile application need

high end mother board which can support heavy applications for android and
IOS, so it is necessary to use good mother board, for this I suggest EVGA
mother board model no. X79 with dark LGA and ATX power supply for that
motherboard. This motherboard support triple Bois which is necessary for
most graphic use and high power applications. It support UEFI and AMI BIOS.

Processor

Intel Core i7 4960HQ will be my first choice for that mother board, without this
processor, it is very difficult to find better match for that motherboard. It is
2.6GHz with 6MB cache memory and it is 4th Gen Core i7 processor. It provides
Iris pro 5200 high definition graphics. It have 4 cores and 8 threads per cores, its
means it can support 32 application running at a time. With booster it support
upto 3.80 GHz power when required.

Ram

I suggest Kingston 16 GB DDR3L, 1600 MHz Hyper LOVO ram for their
purpose of application development. It is highest personal computer
Ram available in market which will provide lower heat and lower
noise with lower voltage 1.35 to use less resources and provide best
result.

Hard drive

I suggest 1TB sata hard drive SEAGATE with 6GB/s speed and 7200 RPM with 64 MB cache. Which
will provide enough space for save the data and performing the clean operation for high
application development.

Graphic Card

NVidia GeForce GTX 760 Ti 2 GB DDR5 graphics will help the developers to built the unique and
better quality graphics with ease of access. It is come with dual monitor support and HDMI
support.

Midi Port

This port is used to convert sound recording into digital format so it can be used be manipulating
and sound systems.

DVD

Sony Blue ray DVD RW is the best available tool in market which will help the staff to save all
documents when necessary and also provide good quality images and files to customers for
presentation and review.

Speaker

LS80BG is my first choice to suggest the Omega multimedia graphics to test the multimedia on
high definition speakers of JBL. These are 200w, 8 speakers which give 90 db sensitivity which is
well enough to check and distortion in applications.

Microphone

I suggest blue microphone essential series microphone for the omega multimedia company. It is
ultimate choice of capturing the essence of any audio source.

High Definition Camera

Sony NEX high definition camera is the requirement of omega

company which can help to capture the right image on right
time with clarity and mind blowing output. It is 16.1 mega pixel
camera which support upto fast autofocus lens with 180 tilt
LED screen. With touch shutter function it is very easy to take
an excellent shot to use that photo in graphics.

Scanner

Canon scanner lide 110 is essential part of every office which make it easy to scan any file in
simple or high definition upto requirement. it provide 2400x4800 dpi resolution which is more
better then any available scanner in market. It have 4 essential feature like scan, or email or copy
or save as pdf format.

Projector

Projector is most essential for presentation, and I like to suggest Omega graphics with sharp
PGD40w3D projector. It have 1280x1028 dpi screen resolution. It have hdmi port which will help to
show HD graphics. It can show 3D graphics when required. Can be connected to LAN cable on any
network. It is also integrated with 10 watt speaker for presentation.

There are very few things required to create a Local area network for Omega company. I provide

Software Requirement

Each client computer have windows 7 Enter-prize edition already installed. And server would have
windows server 2008 installed. In server computer some additional servers and services are
running to provide services to clients on each department. Which are;

DHCP Server: Assigning of dynamic IP in clients computers is obtained by this server

Email Server: IMAP and SMTP services are provided to client computers with this server
Backup Server: this server provide full backup to all company database

Administrative Server: this server provide the administrative rights to Admin to add or
remove clients from network.
Telnet: this service is used to send messages across network.

EXTENDED STAR TOPOLOGY

Extended star topology

I suggest extended star topology for networking solution. As we can see there are three
departments in three rooms and each one is connected to each other with switch/extender. Then
main extender is connected with router which is connected to WAN. I suggest this topology
because this topology make separate each department from other, so no one is interfering on
other work, and all is connected with each other , so if need to interchange data, it is also
possible and if marketing department have to show presentation then it can make easily
presentation of every department by simply copying its files to marketing department and show its
clients mobile application projection and graphic software presentation.

BEST OPERATING SOFTWARE FOR SMART PHONES

Best operating system for smartphones is Andriod 4.0 . it is open source and have a lot of great
features which its competitive mobile OS dont have. These feature are given below;

Alternative keyboard

One of the great option in android is to offer alternative keyboards

through worldwide as lot of people are using android devices and
they need their own language while texting some thing, so it offer
dual , triple or multiple keyboard, which user can use according to
its requirement. it is also spreadable while using mobile screen
vertical.

Task manager

It is most important feature of android as some times some apps are

not responsive on time or taking a little bit more time to response,
so user can switch on and off these application from apps
application manager.

Apps shortcuts

Which application is mostly used, user can make its shortcut on

home screen so it can frequently used with ease of access and no

can put another to keep doing his work.

Some of android competitive smart phones dont support the battery replacement easier as some

charger or something electrical to keep their mobile alive, but you can easily keep 2 or 3
batteries, when one battery is finish, u can easily change other so this make the user work
unstoppable.

It is another advantage of android as its competitive mobiles dont

support flash player, and now a days a lot of website and games are

which are needed to be a designer. For Omega multimedia this software is essential because it
have mostly used in graphics world wide. Main features are given below;
