1 Abstract
This article include the factors and strength and weakness in
organization in public sectors so what kind of steps should
be taken to improve the public sectors. which govern
positive changes in public sector organizations, and how
these changes rotates world directions to desired positions.
These factor are given below;

1. One research said if we make changing in organization
structure or functions then performance of organization
will be improved.(OECD 1993)
2. Some people say if management changes in bad
public sectors then performance can be improved.
(Ingstrup 1998)
3. A good advice say why not we change rules of
organizations instead of changing all management
10 My point of view
I have read all article and my judgment is if we trained the
management in such a way that they have knowledge of
independent variables and have positive competition,
workers have full knowledge of organization structure and

Let me give an actual example, if we looking at Pizza hut, it
is largest Pizza organization in world. Its all workers know
what are goal of company and what is infrastructure of
company as to keep customer happy and keep everything
maintained which customer need. And managers know
what are the products which provide more profit so they
offering deals to customers to attract, so they will come
again and again.
12 Conclusion
If we are looking for positive changes in public sector now a
days we should use not only latest technology in our work
field but also trained management and workers to make
sure that they know and do what are their duties.
