COURSE SYLLABUS

OPRE 6375 Project Execution and Closeout

This course covers the execution and closeout stages of project management to include earned value, execution and control, risk
management, procurement management, Quality measurement control, people performance management, leadership, global project
management, and related interpersonal considerations.
