I have access to the Pacer report detailing your order of restitution by Mr. Moskowitz, to the
shareholders of SPNG (Spongetech Delivery Systems). I went through the list three times and my
name does not appear on the list. I entered my letter in a timely manner, detailing the approximate
total loss. In fact I am enclosing a copy of a pacer update where you noted my name, that was made
public, and my timely letter dated 9/25/14. I am also enclosing a copy of that letter I sent to you,
dated September 25, 2014. I am also enclosing confirmation data detailing the trades made. My name
is at the top of the Scottrade document. My Trade King account number is at the top of one of the
Trade King documents. It is 5HK13045. Please reply to me and explain why we were not included in
the list of shareholders that was posted?

the September 30'" deadline.
Mr. Moskowitz and Metter et al have caused so much grief that I thought I needed to write to you. I
realize there is very little probability that there will be anything left for shareholders in SPNG
