Description : Telah dibuat sebuah alat dalam dunia medik yaitu alat pengatur debit cairan infus berbasis komputer. Alat ini dapat digunakan untuk mengatur debit cairan infus secara otomatis sesuai dengan masukan jumlah tetesan yang diharapkan dengan menggunakan stepper motor yang fungsinya sebagai ulir penekan. Stepper dikontrol oleh komputer. Tetesan infus dihitung dengan sebuah mesin penghitung yang terbuat dari LED dan fotodioda. Apabila ada gangguan dalam aliran, maka stepper akan membuka atau menutup menyesuaikan dengan jumlah tetesan yang telah ditentukan. Dari hasil uji coba diperoleh data bahwa keseksamaan dari alat pengatur debit sekitar 94,7% untuk program dengan langkah steper sebesar 7,2. Debit terkecil dari alat adalah 4 tetes/menit atau 0,28 ml/menit, sedangkan debit terbesar adalah 92 tetes /menit atau 6,44 ml/menit.
Description Alt: Have been made a mechanical system which can control charge infuse dilution base on computer. This system can be used to control infuse dilution debit automatically as according to amount of expected drop by using motor stepper which is its function as compressor thread. Stepper controlled by computer. Infuse drop is counted by a counter machine from LED and photodiode. If there is a trouble in stream, hence stepper will open or close to correspond to the amount of drop which has been determined.
