it is ordered that a case management conference is set for March 6, 2014 at 2:00p.m. The parties

March 4. In that joint statement the parties must express their views, and a consensus if possible,

on at least these issues: (1) what issues should be tried in the Phase I trial now set for March 24;

(2) if the March 24 date should be continued, to which date should it be continued and for which

reasons; (3) if there is to be a Phase I trial, assuming it proceeds on March 24, how should the

designations and in limine motions until further order, which order I expect to issue promptly
