DESCRIPTION OF CHANGES
CORENET e-Submission has made two enhancements to enhance your file viewing
experience.
1. The following four .XFD files will be converted into internet browser friendly .HTML
format.

2. A new tool to convert your existing Project-Profile from .XFD into .HTML format so
that you are able to view them using an internet browser.

DOWNLOAD PROFILES
DOWNLOAD PROJECT PROFILE
1) Login to https://www.corenet-ess.gov.sg.
2) Under Home tab, click on Search Project.

3) Alternatively, under Project tab, select Project and click on Search & View Project.
4) Enter a project ref number (e.g A1140-00001-2014) and click on Search button.
5) Click on the Project Reference No in the search result.

6) The View Project Profile page is displayed. Click on Download Project Profile button.
7) Click on Save button.
8) Select a designated location and click on Save button.

9) Launch the Project-Profile.HTML. Click on Print button to print a copy.

2) Under Home tab, click on Search Submission.

3) Alternatively, under Submission tab, select ESPro Submission / Online Submission

and click on Search & View Submission.
4) Enter a Submission number and click on Search button.

6) The Submission profile page is displayed. Click on Download Profile button.

4) Enter a Correspondence number and click on Search button.

PACKAGE SUBMITTED FILES (ES)
1) Login to https://www.corenet-ess.gov.sg
2) Under Home tab, click on Search Submission.

and click on Search & View Submission.
4) Enter the Submission No and click on Search button.

5) Click on the Submission No in the search result.
6) The Submission profile page is displayed. Under the Submission Directory, click on
the agency folder.

7) Click on the files to be packaged and click on Package Files button.
8) The following prompt is displayed. Click on the preferred type of package.
9) Upon successful package request, the following message is displayed.

4) Enter the Correspondence No and click on Search button.

5) Click on the Correspondence No in the search result.
6) The Correspondence profile page is displayed. Under the Submission Directory, click
on the agency folder.

on Package Files button.

DOWNLOAD PACKAGE FILES FROM INBOX

2) Under Home tab, click on Collect Multiple File Download Package (for past 2
weeks).

3) Alternatively, under Inbox tab, click on Collect Multiple File Download Package.
4) The requested package is displayed. Under Attachment column, click on the package
option link.
5) The following prompt is displayed. Click on Save button.
6) Select a designated location to save the package and click on Save button.

2) Under Home tab, click on Collect Agency Correspondence (for past 2 weeks).

3) Alternatively, under Inbox tab, click on Collect Agency Correspondence.
4) The list of agency correspondences (CA) is displayed. Under Attachment column,

click on the package option link.

7) The agency correspondence files are displayed.

ONLINE CONVERTER TO CONVERT PROJECT PROFILES IN XFD TO

XML/HTML
This is a new function in CORENET ESS website to allow project profiles in XFD to be
converted to XML or HTML or both. The purpose of this function is to allow users to view
project profiles for past submissions in XML or HTML format in the event XFD is phased out
in future.
This function is solely to convert project profiles in XFD format and not for other XFD files
conversion.

CONVERT PROJECT PROFILE FROM XFD TO XML & HTML

2) Under Tools, select XFD to XML/HTML Converter.

3) The converter page is displayed. Under Convert To, select XML & HTML. Click on the
Attachment button to begin attaching files.
4) The Attach File page is displayed. Click on Browse to locate the Project Profile. Click
on Attach File to continue.
Note: System allows 10 project profiles to be attached at one time. Click on the
Attach File button and continue to attach files if there are more than 10 project
profiles to convert.

5) Upon successful attach files, the following message is displayed. Click on Close to
return to the main page.

6) Click on Submit to proceed.
7) A successful message is displayed.

Note: Email will be sent to the email address registered under the User Profile.

3) The converter page is displayed. Under Convert To, select HTML. Click on the

DOWNLOAD CONVERTED PROJECT PROFILE

2) Under Inbox, select Collect Converted File Package.
3) The list of converted package is displayed. Under Attachment column, click on

Download File.

5) Select a designated location to save the converted package.
6) The converted project profiles are displayed.

Note: The converted project profile depends on the option selected during
conversion.
