OFFICE ORDER
Considering the affidavit filed by the concerned candidate under the policy as
notified by the Government and in-pursuance to the Govt. Notification/approval No:Shiksha-II-Chha
(10)-08/2011 dated 20.07.2011, 05.12.2011, 21.04.2012, 03.07.2012, 28.07.2012 and 30.7.2012 the
following TGT (Arts) covered under 95 % G.I.A scheme of privately managed 95 % aided schools
are hereby offered appointment on regular basis in the pay scale of Rs. 10300-34800/= +3600/- grade
pay plus usual allowances and they are further posted in the schools shown against their names
against clear cut vacancy. The appointees are directed to report for duty in the respective school of
their posting against clear-cut vacancy, as shown against their name(s) within 20 days subject to the
acceptance and fulfillment of the following terms and conditions of appointment:1.

It will be the personal responsibility of the candidate to inform this directorate that he/she has
joined at the allotted station on or before the scheduled period failing which his/her
appointment shall stand withdrawn on the expiry date and he/she shall be debarred for
appointment offer will be withdrawn automatically without any notice.

2.

That the educational and professional qualifications possessed by the candidate will be the
same as prescribed by the department for the post of TGT in the concerned group (Subject)
when they were covered under 95 % G.I.A. before the joining report is accepted. The Head of
the school will ensure that the educational and professional qualification possessed by the
candidate is from a recognized University. Necessary verification to this effect is to be made
by the Head of the concerned school at the time of his/her joining. Duly attested copies of
certificates awarded to the candidates by the recognized University/Board be kept in the office
for record.

3.

That every candidate who is being offered appointment as TGT will have to ensure that he/she
has acquired complete knowledge of the latest CCS/conduct rules within a fortnight of the date
of joining duty and submit an undertaking to this effect in writing to his/her head of office
/school.

4.

If the candidate has been offered posting in non Sub-Cadre area temporarily he/she shall have
to serve in Sub-Cadre area as and when required/ordered by the department.

5.

The concerned candidate will have to produce the medical fitness certificate from the Chief
Medical Officer/Medical Officer of the Illaqa/area concerned at the time of his/her joining.

6.

The candidate concerned shall have to submit a declaration to the effect that if married,
he/she has only one spouse living.

7.

The concerned candidate shall have to produce attested copies

8.

The concerned candidate shall have to produce a character certificate from any gazetted
officer to whom he/she is known for the last ten years

His/her retention in service is subject to his/her character and antecedent being found
satisfactory which should be got verified by the concerned Deputy Director/Head of
concerned school within scheduled period of three months.

13.

He/she will have to give in writing whether he/she was ever convicted by the competent court
of law and if so the particulars of the offence and punishment be stated. Failing to disclose
the facts, he/she will render himself/herself liable to be removed from service without any
notice as and when the factual facts come to light.

14.

The candidate(s) concerned shall have to produce the certificate of his/her being a citizen of
India.

15.

In case of any of the certificates/information produced/given by the candidate is found

false/wrong; later on his/her services shall be liable to be terminated.

16.

No TA/DA will be allowed to join the post in the department.

The appointee shall have to serve in the difficult area Sub-Cadre for a minimum period as
prescribed by the State Government.

18.

The past services rendered in aided institutions will not be counted for any other intents and
purpose i.e. seniority, pensionary benefits and leave, as per affidavit submitted by the
individual concerned. They will be placed at the bottom of the seniority. The concerned
teachers shall be covered under Contributory Pension Scheme notified by the Government
vide notification No. FIN (Pen) A (3)-1/96 dated 17.08.2006, however, their salaries will be
protected as a measure personal to them

If these conditions are acceptable to the candidate(s) he /she will report for duty at
the institution within 20 days from the date of issue of these orders alongwith documents required to
be produced as per terms of this order otherwise it will be deemed that the candidate is not willing to
