Krishnan, ACCA

PAPERS F1 and P3

Mr Krishnan is an ACCA affiliate member. He has worked in a reputable tax consulting firm. Krishnan has been teaching for us at, K. Bandar since the inception of our ACCA programme. He is a young and dynamic lecturer who
specialises in the area of business management. With a clear vision of becoming a successful business consultant, he is now pursuing a second degree, exploring into LLB law and is now at his final year. Krishnan is able to explain management models in a simple way to enhance students understanding and his style of going slow and detail in lecture has always his strong point in helping student to get a good grasp of their studies.

Low Chin Ann, FCCA

PAPERS F5, F6, F8 and P6

He is a fellow member of ACCA and holds a Diploma in Computer Science. Academically, he has lectured for professional examinations and degree prgrammes, both in Malaysia as well as internationally in Singapore, Vietnam,
China and Cambodia specialising in taxation, auditing, corporate governance and management accounting related areas. He is also an Independent Director for Analabs Berhad, a company listed in Bursa Malaysia. In May 2007,
he has presented auditing lectures to Vietnamese students during the visit by the Lord Mayor of the City of London to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. He is also involved in corporate training programmes for commercial companies
including Multinationals like British American Tobaccos as well as public sectors such as ILKAP (Institut Latihan Kehakiman dan Perundangan). He is currently a marker for an internationally recognised professional accountancy
exam. Low has previously trained with a reputable medium size public accounting firm. Low himself made remarkable achievement in his studies. He achieved excellent results for his ACCA studies being 6-times prize winners
for his ACCA papers (ACCA Paper 5(IT), 6(Audit), 10(Accounting), 11(Tax Planning) and Paper 12(Management Strategy)) and finally was awarded the Top Affiliate for Dec 2000 scoring the highest total cumulative marks for his
ACCA final module. A highly responsible and dedicated lecturer, he definitely has proven track records with his students by producing prizewinners in their professional studies. Being a 6 times ACCA Prizewinner, Low can definitely help you to pass. He has produced numerous prizewinners during his 10 years of lecturing.

Sam Wong, ACCA

PAPER F7

Sam is a member of the ACCA and has tutored and lectured in CAT and ACCA courses since 2010. He is able to make the teaching memorable, fun and easy to understand for the students. He was previously attached to an
audit firm for 3 years before venturing into lecturing. Sam is committed and dedicated to his work and has helped many students to achieve success in their studies. Join him in F7 as he will meticulous guide you to tackle difficult past year questions.

Siva Sathish, ACCA

PAPER P1

Mr. Siva started his auditing journey with KPMG and PWC and led the audit of multinational and public listed companies in the Oil and gas, construction, trading, broadcasting, manufacturing and plantation industry. His wide
range of experience has led him to be Section head International finance in a multinational company in Malaysia. He is currently the lead trainer and head of audit division in a medium size accounting firm. In addition to his
extensive industry experience, Mr. Siva also lectures for ACCA subjects both in Malaysia and China. He also provides practical trainings to various organizations. Mr Siva is fluent in Mandarin, an added advantage to those who
needed explanation in Chinese. He is very committed, passionate lecturer.
Stephy Lim, ACCA
PAPERS F2, F3, F9 and P5
Stephy Lim is an ACCA member. She had worked a few years in an accounting firm before becoming a full-time lecturer and more than 5 years teaching experience. Young and attractive, she is certainly one of the most popular lecturers due to her pleasant and approachable personality. Ms. Stephy is always willing go the extra mile to ensure all her students understand her lessons. She is known among students with her tests and mock exams,
a great training ground before students entering for the real exams. Stephy lectures for the CAT, ACCA, AIA and academic degrees. Stephy believes learning should be fun and interactive. She lectures ACCA papers F2, F3, F5,
F9 and P5. Stephy Lim was previously involved in marking the taxation examination paper.

Viknesvaran [1v37], LLB (Hons) (London), CLP (Malaya)

PAPER F4

K. Viknesvaran LLB (Hons) (London), CLP (Malaya) Viknes 1v37, holds a Bachelors Degree in Law and completed his Master Level
Company Law (University of London). Viknes is currently a practising lawyer in his own legal firms, having offices in both Kuala
Lumpur and Johor Bahru. He has more than 25 years of teaching experience in law when he started teaching in 1984. His good
grasp of knowledge in law and invaluable teaching experience is an important asset to ACCA students who wish to obtain an in
depth
knowledge in the law paper yet with an easy-to-understand learning experience. Viknes student-friendly teaching approach and comprehensive chart-format notes will
definitely add further value to students. If you need assurance in passing your

Yap Kok Wah, FCCA

PAPERS F7 and P2

Mr. Yap is an FCCA (Fellowship of Chartered Certified Accountants), and has been lecturing for more than 25 years in areas of accounting and finance. Besides Malaysia, Yap also lectures in Vietnam, Shanghai, Cambodia, Hong Kong and Singapore. He has been
teaching Financial Reporting ever since 1985, and various reputable lecturers in the ACCA programme was his students. Apart from
that, he was also the founder and principal of two colleges in Johor Bahru. Yap, so humorous that every class is just like a show,
also has a special technique for handling computational and consolidation questions in the Accounting papers. Not forgetting, Accounting standards are developing so rapidly but Yap always devote substantial time to update his lecture notes. It's disastrous to
learn out-of-date stuff, but Yap ensures you don't. Avoid uncertainties in exams, learn with Yap and accrue for success from now.
