ENTRY FEES: No entry fees for invited College and University teams. $10 per athlete per event for all open and unattached
athletes.

INVITED TEAMS: Lake Superior State University, Northwood University, Michigan Tech University, Laurentian University,
Northern Michigan University, Track North Athletic Club, Sault Athletic Club.

OPEN ENTRIES: This is an open meet and open and unattached athletes are welcome. Open and unattached athletes
must follow the same entry format: request the entry file and submit the entries by email by the
entry deadline. No race day entries. Open and unattached athletes will be responsible for entry
fees for all entries submitted.

ENTRY SUBMISSION: Please email your completed entry file(s) to track@lssu.edu by the entry deadline Tuesday
January 12, 2010 by 5pm.

ENTRY DEADLINE: January 12, 2010 by 5pm.

TIMING: Races will be timed using our HY-TEK timing system.

SPECTATORS: This year we will have a donation jar (donations going to Lake Superior
State Track and Field) as the spectator entrance fee to the facility.
PARKING: Parking is free. There is plenty of parking in the Norris Center Parking Lot.

RESULTS: Results will be posted at www.lssu.edu/athletics shortly after the conclusion of the meet

BATHROOMS: Bathrooms and changerooms will be available to teams.

ARBUCKLE STUDENT ACTIVITY CENTER

Features: Six lane/200-meter Mondo track, with gradual

Corners. This track produces fast times!!!

Named for ex-LSSU president Dr. Robert Arbuckle.

DIRECTIONS

To get to the Norris Center, SAC and Taffy Abel Arena, use exit 394 off of I-75 (north or south). Coming from the south, turn right onto
Easterday Avenue and turn right at the first light (Meridian). The facilities will be on your right. Approaching from the north, turn left onto
Easterday Avenue and turn right at the first light (Meridian). Once again, the facilities will be on your right.
