I made the division of front and back. The front shows the
logo and an image of a farm. The back shows information
and the rest of the fronts image. For the inside I placed the
text where is explained about the company and a little of its
purpose and backgrounds. I chose to place the three pictures
in the same side because the emphasis is greater and for
people is easy to read the left side. I chose four images that
shows only farms. Two of them are in the process of being
constructed and the other two are in 100% finish. I choose
different sizes so it looks nice and emphasizes differently. I
created the logo in Illustrator and it looks really nice because
it is a farm with the companys name.

I scanned the bike image, and then used a Word image effect
to delete most of the background. This left a random white
pattern, so I added a shadow to give it an artsy effect. Then I
added boxes with various shades of green in the background
for repetition and organization. I chose one font with
contrasting weights for simplicity. I was surprised at how much
I could do with the hidden design features of Microsoft Word.
Now I know that I could use it in a pinch.

Process:
First I made the big box with the title to make it clear and
grab attention to the audience. Then I decided to insert the
text to the left and the image to the right. I emphasized with
bold on the question because it is important to know whats
the main point of this. Also, I bold the date and time, which
I think is a essential information in this flier. The website
information I leave it on the right bottom which is easy to find.
Logo on the left bottom that makes it clear. I made five small
boxes to repeat and contrast the paper. The grey lines helps to
organize the text and image.
