PENGENALAN
Industri tanpa manusia yang bekerja adalah satu yang mustahil. Modal insan ada didalam sesebuah tempat
kerja perlu diurus dan disiplin untuk memastikan mereka menjadi cemerlang dan produktif.
Oleh yang demikian pengetahuan yang mendalam dalam undang-undang terutamanya Akta Kerja 1955
adalah penting kepada Penyelia untuk menjadikan mereka benar-benar kompeten dalam menyelia
kakitangan bawahan. Ia juga akan menjadikan seorang penyelia dihormati dan disayangi oleh pekerja
bahawan dan bukan digeruni. Melalui sifat hormat ini ia akan melahirkan sebuah pasukan kerja yang kukuh
dalam mencapai sasaran perniagaan Syarikat.
Kursus dua hari ini akan membantu penyelia memantapkan pengetahuan mereka berkaitan Akta Kerja
1955 serta pemakaiannya.

Trainers Profile
Mohd Yunus holds Master Degree in Business Administration from Southern Pacific University, Bachelor
Degree in Public Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia, Diploma in Public Administration from
University Technology Mara and Diploma in Human Resource Management from Malaysian Institute of
Human Resource Management. He is also a registered Safety and Health Officer registered with
Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) with registration number of JKKP IS 127/438/2/559.
He has more than 20 years experience in human resources management. He holds high raking position in
various GLC including Vice President Group Human Resource and Corporate Services.
He has experience working with several industries such as manufacturing, intermodal services, aviation
and consulting industries. He has made himself knowledgeable in to several system such as ISO, HACCP,
OHSAS, EMS and Halal Certification. He started his career as a facilitator since 17 years ago in the field of
Human Resource, Labour Law including investigation of cases and domestic inquiry and Competency
Development. His vast experience in turning around company has given him an added advantage. Thus he
can easily give relevant example and ideas in process and revenue improvement.
He is also an experienced consultant in handling labour dispute cases, preparing documents for industrial
and labour court, conciliation and CA negotiation. Derive from his experience and exposure, he was
appointed as Industrial Court Panel for three years to assist the court in evaluating industrial cases. He was
also appointed as consultant and panel to various company including companies in Sabah, Sarawak and
Brunei Darussalam on labour relation and resolving disputes. Mohd Yunus was invited to deliver a speech
on matter related to human resource such as managing industrial dispute, managing employee bonding
during acquisition, handling separation scheme by several university in the country.
Mohd Yunus has conducted courses such as Human Resource Management, Supervisory Skills, Labour Law,
Domestic Inquiry, Collective Bargaining, Managing Industrial Dispute, The Law of Dismissal and
Termination, Motivation and Mind set Change, Developing Competency Model, Skills Matrix, Enhancing HR
Skills, HR Migration, HR Audit, Manpower Planning and Budgeting.
Mohd Yunus is also a registered Trainer with Human Resource Development Council with a registration
number of TTT/1799. Mohd Yunus is a master trainer for various companies such as Golden Hope, DRBHicom, Matshushita, Ain Medicare, The Star, Cement Industry Sabah, Sabah Electric Sdn Bhd, JVC Malaysia,
New Straits Time, Negeri Road Stone, ALPS, Sabah Economic Development Corporation (SEDCO), Nippon
Wiper Blade, Malaysia Airport Berhad, JPK Malaysia Berhad, Crest Ultrasonic, Angkatan Tentera Malaysia,
Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia, Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi, Kementerian Wilayah Persekutuan,
Institut Pentadbiran Awam Brunei and many more.
