1. SKENARIO
Mali berusia 7 tahun merasakan batuk yang tidak berkurang sejak 3 hari yang lalu. Batuk
yang dirasakan mula-mula tidak disertai dahak, akan tetapi sejak tadi pagi mulai batuk berdahak,
bahkan sekarang mendadak menjadi sesak nafas. selain itu penderita juga mengalami demam.
Penderita datang ke dokter, di sana dokter memeriksa pasien untuk mendapatkan gejala dan
tanda respirasi lainnya. Setelah pemeriksaan dokter mendiagnosa bahwa pasien menderita asma
dan dokter memberi obat salmeterol. Tetapi pasien sebelumnya mengkonsumsi obat formoterol.
