11. That the contents of this Para have nothing to do with
Respondent No.3 needing no comments.
12. That in respect of contents of Para 12, the same are related to
the Respondent No.1 only. Hence, no comments.
13. That the contents of para 13 are focused only on other
Respondents who are in a position to issue Permits and certificates of
Registration. The Respondent No.3 is not responsible for non-issuance
of these documents to petitioners.

That the contents of this para are true to the extent that the
petitioners purchased the Indian Boat in Auction held by the
Respondent No.3 who is not Responsible for the allegations made in
first part of this para.
15. That the contents of Para 15 have no concern with the
Respondnet No.3. Hence, no comments.
16. That the Respondent No.3 is not concerned with the contents of
this Para in which no relief has been sought from Respondent
No.3.Therefore, no comments.

18. That the contents of Para 18 are also denied for want of
knowledge. However, the Respondent No.3 has to observe all the
legal provisions, Rules and Regulations.

GROUNDS:1.
That all grounds are misconceived in so far as the respondent
No.3 is concerned.

That Respondent No.3 has nothing do with that petition.
Petitioner has not sought any relief from Respondent No.3.

That Respondent No.3 is not responsible for not issuing the
documents to the Petitioners. Therefore the name of the Respondent
No.3 may be struck off from the array of Respondents.
PRAYER:In view of the above comments this Honble Court may be pleased
to dispose of the Petition according to Law.

2. This Honble Court may also be pleased to strike out the name of
the Respondent No.3 from the array of Respondents who has been
impleaded unjustifiably.
Any other relief that this Honble Court may deem fit and
necessary in circumstances of this case.
