[Sep 2014] Amin received DOE Award for his research on "Research, Developmen
t, and Testing of a Master Controller with Applications to the Bronzeville Commu
nity Microgrid System" for the period of 2 years. The project will be led by Com
monwealth Edison (ComEd).

[Apr 2014] Amin chaired a forum session on Power System Dynamic Performance
& Intelligent Grid in 2014 IEEE PES T&D Conference and Expo in Chicago. The sess
ion was selected as one of the Top 10 sessions in the conference.
