Kind & Peaceful Holyday Greetings Mr. & Mrs. Obama:
It is my sincere Prayer that Heaven keep you, your children, family and loved ones protected and in perfect
health and peace, and that you are Blessed with abundant joy. Your efforts to create new businesses,
improve national health and expand opportunities for citizens to gain wealth by availing themselves of
governmental educational funding are sincerely appreciated. Information submitted herewith documents
incidences wherein a university is abusing government funding; leaving a citizen, who is in their golden
years, facing bankruptcy, without guaranteed credentials, and without the tools promised and necessary to
help fulfill your mission for our Great Nation. Included for your review are copies of formal complaints and
Supporting Supplemental Documentation, which are being concurrently registered with the following

Atrocities complained of herein have not only robbed Student/Petitioner of her entire life savings, including
her lump sum Teachers Pension; they have left her substantially indebted for government funded
educational loans. In Good Faith, Student borrowed funds to finance tuition and living expenses while
procuring an accelerated online Full Sail University (FSO) Entertainment Business Masters of Science
Degree (EBMS). Said degree would qualify student to work for her chosen entertainment industry
professional, as well as to teach business at the university level, and/or to become an executive level business
or university professional, while simultaneously developing her own entrepreneurial enterprises, in
conjunction with helping emerging artists to recognize their aspirations.
Student enrolled in the EBMS Program because, in addition to the aforementioned, FSO advertised that
students will complete a Shark Tank Ready Business Plan. The primary objective in procuring government
funding was to, combine all of my passions and talents to bring into fruition my lifetime, test marketed
Billion-Dollar Dreams. These goals are in direct alignment with your mission to make a healthier, wealthier
America by promoting entrepreneurship, creating jobs and making the amelioration of health and education
national priorities.
FSO officials do not intend to address the issues complained of and would rather not confer said degree of
distinction upon student and they are, in fact, inundating student with demands for payment. Student was
expelled from FSO for allegedly being, Missing in action, according to Sean Donovan, Online Manager
(DOC 25 https://www.scribd.com/doc/240952254/DOC-25-Wanton-Dismissal). A discerning person should
question; why would a student with nearly a 3.9 GPA and only two more classes before graduation; suddenly
become missing in action? After Students Concerns, of unethical grading practices and acts of
unprofessionalism by the sole FSO Digital Marketing Instructor; were inappropriately investigated and were
dispelled by FSO EBMS Administrators and totally ignored by FSOs Executive Leadership team, Student
refused to move forward in the program without being provide with an unbiased instructor (DOC 19,

Mr. and Mrs. President, I humbly implore you to use your favor, positions and authority to personally
intervene in this matter. Steve Harvey, who I hold in very high esteem, often repeats a quote that I favor,
You have not because you ask not I AM asking from the depths of my soul for you, and any other
Good Deed Doers, who become aware of these vile attacks on my life and the life of my posterity, to
please HELP me return to living the DREAMS that I have EARNED. The evil told of here are the kinds of
back-stories that lead to grave depression, the use of psychotropic medication, which leads to violence, mass
murder, and/or suicide. And Unfortunately, societies most dangerous Bullies go free to continue with their
covert psychological warfare, which sometimes trigger Columbine, USC Santa Barbara and FSU type
reactions; many victims land indefinitely incarcerated in mental institutions or hopelessly homeless

Like Gandhi and Dr. King, Fasting, Prayer, Hope, FAITH and intelligent communications are my weapons
against unbearable wickedness. Today is day 22 of an Empowerment Fast. It is exceedingly challenging to
live through and to write about these injustices that are being perpetrated against a citizen, who has
relentlessly served this country as a pedagogical professional for over 30 years, and who is being financially
and otherwise plagued by said extreme and unfair educational practices. These unethical iniquities that are
explained and supported with the attached Documentation, include, but are not limited to:
1. Impersonation;
2. Gross Subjective Grading Practices;
3. Point Pilfering;
4. Mean Spiritedness;
5. Using Dirty Tricks;
6. Engaging in preposterous prevarication;
7. Practicing retaliatory grading;
8. Administrative support of iniquitous practices;
9. Administrative unreasonable ultimatums;
10. Executive Leaderships failure to intercede against said injustices;
11. Expulsion of Student from Full Sail University without just and reasonable cause;
12. No operational procedures to resolve student complaints as required by the ACCSC
The injustices depicted here definitely diminish the direction that your administration acknowledges to have
for this country. It is inexcusable for someone with my pertinacity, knowledge; skill sets and abilities; to
learn, master, teach and to communicate effectively, in verbal, written and cyber communications; and, who
has Billion-Dollar Businesses; to be faced with homeless; no food no table, no gifts to share with my children
and grandchildren; and no ear or voice to report the devastation that I AM living because undercover bullies
of the worst kind, are trying to victimize me with their lying pens! If an authors Ideas arewithout logical
structure [and] Several errors impact the authors credibility, then someone is required to show wherein

Please do not let the deplorable overt attacks on citizens, namely, Black Men; overshadow deadly covert
white collar attacks, that counteract public interest, as much as, and oft times, more than the obvious, in
your face attacks.
