Sue Finnie (BSc Hons French/Italian)

« Je suis anglaise et je vis en Écosse. Après avoir été


directrice de collection dans une maison d’édition scolaire
britannique à Londres (Mary Glasgow Publications), je me
consacre depuis plus de vingt ans à la rédaction de ressources
pédagogiques pour l’enseignement du français et de l’anglais
langue étrangère. J’en utilise certaines quand j’enseigne le
français aux 6-10 ans au club français de l’école primaire de
mon village. »

Danièle Bourdais (L-ès-L, M.A, M.I.L)


« Je suis française et j’habite à Londres depuis 1982. J’ai
enseigné le français aux adultes dans de nombreux
établissements, y compris le Working Men’s College où j’ai
mis sur pied le département de français.
Je suis membre de The Institute of Linguists. J’ai travaillé avec
la majorité des éditeurs scolaires britanniques, en tant que
rédactrice et éditrice freelance. Je donne des cours de soutien
scolaire en français aux enfants de 10 à 18 ans.»

Sue and Danièle have worked together since 1994. They
have created a variety of language learning resources,
from the traditional book to songs, resources for the
interactive whiteboard and websites.
Their best-selling French course Équipe – co-written
with teacher-trainer Anna Lise Gordon – was voted best
secondary teaching resource of 2000.
