Functional Requirement: Create a report so that it is saved in the report information system
Transaction: CG02
1. Go to transaction CG02 and find specification 000000019008
2. Create Report

4. Message at the bottom of the screen should show
5. The WWI monitor (CG5Z) will show your username and the status should display completed
6. Look at the report information system

8. Clicking on the report icon will bring the finished report up for viewing.

4. TESTING LABEL PRINTING
4.1. LABEL PRINTING
Functional Requirement: Printing labels requires a Synchronous server connection, which is different than the
normal report generation that uses a Asynchronous connection.
Transaction: ZLABEL
1. Go to transaction ZLABEL and use the material scenario
2. Click on the Label tree icon

3. Information should look like this meaning the material has been set up for label printing

4. Double click on SHIPPING LABEL 3 x 5 (General) and then hit the eyeglasses to activate previewing the label.
The label will display in microsoft word.

5.1. EXPERT RULES
Functional Requirement: Expert rules are a way for us to automate classification and enables consistency of
data througout our system.
Transaction: CG02
2. Highlight the specification and go to the menu item as shown
3. Choose the expert rule ZEXP_COMP
