Abstract: In this paper a new model for management of cooperation systems is presented. In fact, this method
offers a way for modifying the partners' shares and responsibilities. Due to it, the concept of geometric balance is
used. For modification of partners' expectation-share relationship, 3 steps are introduced. Also, triangles as the
basic geometric tools are used for indicating the amount of partners' responsibilities and shares. Finally, some use
cases for proposed method are nominated.
Keywords: Geometric balance, management model, cooperation system.

INTRODUCTION
A new model for cooperation management is presented in this study. Base of the work is a geometric concept. In fact,
geometric balance is used to achieve a model for management of cooperation systems.
Story of geometric balance model began from when we decide to start a corporation with unlimited economic growth
potential. At the initial state, longevity of corporation was the main concern. Because, exclusivist partners might
expose the system to failure for their monopolization. They begin to monopoly in order to put the other partners out of
the field. Consequence of their monopolization will be decay of cooperation. A good solution for this problem is
offering suitable responsibilities and shares. It causes no one put a burden on others and no one abuse the share.
Convergence of cooperation is another result, too. For example, it can be referred to old story of old woman and the
animals. Old woman harbor the shelter-less animals and the animals compensate it with different services. In this way,
they could achieve permanent residence permit.
We believe the cooperation model of corporation can be similar to old woman's performance. In this way, longevity of
corporation will be much longer. So, considering the abilities and demands of partners is very important. To achieve
our goal that is a corporation consisting of 4 partners, understanding the partners' expectation is the first step.

METHODOLOGY
Robert Lawlor points to story of Plato and illiterate person. Plato wants him to double the area of a square, and he
does. Illiterate person's geometric intelligence causes him to be successful in solving this problem [1].
As a test, we drew some pairs of triangles surrounded by squares. Figure 1 shows the triangles. The area of each
triangle pairs has 1% difference. According to it, we created a questionnaire and collected the results. Almost, all
tested people could diagnose the bigger triangles.

According to this concept, two illustrative questionnaires were designed. One of them asked about the amount of
responsibilities of partners and the other asked about the amount of shares. Questionnaires were sent to partners within
2-3 days and results were collected. In answers sheet, triangles growth has an irregular level, and they weren't exactly
similar. Figure 2 shows a sample of questionnaire.
Figure 2. A sample of questionnaire that is created for asking about amount of responsibilities and shares.
Results of collecting these questionnaires were 8 triangles that they were average of whole questionnaire. Figure 3
shows the results.

Now, we need to have a balance between responsibilities and the shares. So, we put both of triangles of each person
adapted to each other. Subtraction of heights is called expectation-share relationship. This difference between the
heights is forked from people's unconscious sense. For example, it is shown for person B in figure 4.
A very important result is 7% extra intention of partners for starting supposed project. In other hands, if the partners
consider less that 100% of shares for themselves, it can be found that the project seems risky in their minds. Sum of
percents is an excellent metric for evaluating the partners' positive approach.

Now, we are faced with 7% extra request for shares. Modification of triangles heights is the solution of this problem.
In this way, extra percents will be divided into 4 partners' shares. Final consequence is achieving to balanced shares
according to partners' request and responsibility.
In order to achieve other details about cooperation system, following question is asked: How many positions are
there for placing the triangles in a square? Answer is 3. Look at figure 6. In this figure, biggest triangle is
considered as the base and other triangles positions are set regarding biggest one.
