EVENT RULES AND REGULATIONS

Protective Safety Gear is required to be worn at all times while operating a motorcycle or ATV. This includes a
D.O.T. helmet, eye protection, and over the ankle boots.
Riders Meeting is MANDATORY! All riders must attend one meeting before riding on the trails or participating
in any field events.
Pre-registration will be available for this ride. See Attached pre-registration form. Non- Refundable!
The Trail will be clearly marked and you can ride it at your own pace as much as you like during the open trail
hours. There will be riding opportunities for all experience levels. Stay on the trail and do not exceed your riding
ability or machines capability.
Camping on site will be available. A limited number of RV hook-ups are available for $25.00/night. These are
first come first serve. Primitive camping will be available for $15.00/night. Reservations will not be taken.
Bunk houses are available at Seven Springs Lodge for $120.00/night. There are only two, one sleeps 8
people and the other sleeps 6 people. These are first come first serve and reservations can be made through
Seven Springs Lodge.
Bath houses are available for all campers.
Parking at Seven Springs Lodge will be free in designated day parking areas only.

TrailPass Event Rules:

1. TrailPass makes the rules and all rules are subject to change. Trailpass has the right to refuse anyone for no good
reason.
Each rider must register in person regardless of age, where he/she will receive his or her own wristband.
This wristband must be worn at all times and cannot be shared with fellow riders. If you lose your wristband,
you must reregister at the full fee during registration hours. A parent/legal guardian must accompany riders
under the age of 18.
3. Attending a riders meeting is mandatory-NO EXCEPTIONS
4. D.O.T. Helmet, boots, gloves and eye protection must be worn at all times during riding.
5. An adult must accompany all riders riding under the age of 16 at all times-NO EXCEPTIONS
6. No Pit Riding or Pit Bikes/ATV Allowed-Speed limit in the resort common areas is 5 mph.
7. Passengers are allowed on side by sides and ATV with a securely affixed manufactured seat.
8. This is Not a Race, Pass with Care-Riders caught in the act of riding dangerously and/or not courteous to
fellow riders will have their riding privileges revoked and no refund will be given.
9. Ride on designated trails only. Do not venture off the marked trails.
10.Riding alone is considered unsafe.
11.Alcohol and riding dont mix, so dont do it. Offenders will not be tolerated. Alcohol is permitted after your ride
is over in unmarked containers as long as you act responsibly.
12.Quite hours on the property are from 10:00 p. m. to 7:00a.m. NO TOLERANCE. Please be courteous to your
fellow neighbors.
13.For Cabin renters, be sure to take care of your cabins. We would like to be invited back!!
14.Same goes for campers on the property. Please place all trash in designated areas ONLY.
15.Do not leave fires unattended.
16.Pressure washers and bike washing are not permitted on the grounds of Seven Springs Lodge without prior
approval.
17.Anyone camping or parking in a designated camping spot that refuses to pay the camping fee to Seven
Springs Lodge will be forced to leave the premises and no ride fee refund will be given.
18.Anyone caught in the act of deliberate destruction or theft of anyones personal property or Seven Springs
Lodges property will be turned over to the local police or Danny Foster!
19.Pack it in, pack it out! Do not leave trash behind. Please place all trash in designated containers and police
your areas for trash before leaving the property.
20.NO LOUD EXHAUST PIPES! Please ride responsibly and protect your right to ride by treading lightly.
