MAKE IT PLAIN AND
CLEAR, GIVE IT TO
THE PEOPLE SO THEY
CAN RUN WITH IT.
- HABAKKUK 2:2

OPERATIONCARE

INTL

The LORD JESUS has given us a vision for ministry.

We pray that you invite others to join you as you partner
with Operation Care Intl to accomplish our three prong vision.

1. LOCAL:
First, we hope to launch a catering service that would employ the homeless
and inner city youth in downtown Dallas. The building will house
a culinary art center where they will learn to be chefs, engage in
sales, and enter into discipling relationships. Different classes
will be offered to teach valuable skills (computer, etc.).

2. NATIONAL
OPERATION CARE:
Next, our national vision titled, A Christmas Movement: America Celebrate
Jesus 2020 focuses on taking our Christmas Gift Outreach to the
homeless and impoverished to 49 more states! The aim is still evangelism
and prayer and will include our trademark foot washing ministry.

3. INTERNATIONAL:
Lastly, it is our plan to build one school each year in every country we serve.

LETTER

Dear Friends & Partner/s of

Operation Care International,

his addiction. He came to our Christmas event

a changed man! There is Hope in Jesus!

Wow, what a year! We can call it A Year of

The Spectacular! See what God has done
through YOU. I am so grateful to all of YOU
who made it possible for us to minister to
the homeless and impoverished not only in
America but in other parts of the world.

Starting to build the church with a school in it

located in Poipet, border of Thailand and Cambodia.

Reunited 3 homeless with their families. They

were sent home via Greyhound after our
Christmas event to their caring families.

Lives have been changed:

All for the glory of God.

In January, mentally ill women in Indonesia

were given hope when we donated
musical instruments for them.

A Jewish professor we met in the street of Jerusalem

last March asked if we could pray for her salvation!

Last July, we visited Ariel, Israel, where a God-given

vision of building an elementary school will be
accomplished in 2015, with your help. Ariel is the
capital of Samaria. The government is partnering
with us to build this elementary school!

12,000 shoes sent to Jordan in July to help

the Syrian refugees. Donated by Millions
From One ministry, Jeff Lucas Founder.

Finished building the medical clinic in a

Christian orphanage in Sihanoukville, near
Phnom Penh, Cambodia for the orphans.

Met a homeless guy in the street during our

pre-thanksgiving event. After spending time
with him, he got convicted and with tears in
his eyes prayed to God to help him get rid of

As the new year approaches, would you

prayerfully consider making a special gift
to Operation Care to assist us in the coming
days. Because of your generosity giving
your time, talent, and treasures countless
lives have been changed for eternity.
Did you know you can give online?

We reunited some homeless with families,
provided their physical and spiritual needs,
and connected them to resources. Your
generosity impacted lives in this world.
All in the name of Jesus!

HIGHLIGHTS

In September, I wrote
my first book. 31
Days of Mountaintop
Miracles documents
Gods miracle
performing power
in my life. May its
readers grow closer
to the LORD and
learn to better obey.
In December, Dallas
Morning News, TBN,
and Channels 4, 8, &
11 in DFW covered
the Christmas
Gift Outreach!

in memory of Mrs. Dottie Thompson who planted the

seed for this ministry to grow.
OCTOBER
Our medical clinic in Cambodia was built in an
orphanage near Phnom Penh. Built by the orphans
themselves who are trained to build so when they leave
the orphanage they have learned skills to earn a living.
NOVEMBER
In November, we funded a church building at a
school in Poipet, Cambodia which is at the border
of Cambodia and Thailand. Its a very strategic
place to reach the Buddhist community.
Plus I was blessed to be inducted into The Hall of
Fame by the Roaring Lambs Ministries in Dallas
where I was able to speak and accepted the award
in front of 1,000 people. What an honor!
DECEMBER
This year, Operation Christmas Gift at the
Dallas Convention Center was attended by
over 16,000 guests, including volunteers. We fed
over 13,000 people and reunited 3 homeless
and one needy lady with their families.

AN OUTREACH FOR THE HOMELESS

& IMPOVERISHED

When we learn the story of Jesus and see it as the

story of the love of God, doing for us what we could
not do for ourselves--that insight produces, again and
again, a sense of astonished gratitude which is very
near the heart of authentic Christian experience. N.T. Wright
