Provide students with academic support, tutoring, and skills enhancement as necessary.

Job Requirements
AAS Degree preferred
Minimum five years documented experience.
Must be experienced in the following welding procedures: GMAW, SMAW, GTAW
Prior teaching experience a big plus but not required.
All curricula have been developed.

Maintenance Supervisor position open in Alpine, Texas.
The Maintenance Supervisor maintains the safety and productivity of the division vehicles, equipment and/or
containers by supervising and coordinating the activities of the shop personnel. The Maintenance Supervisor is
the first-line supervisor responsible for directing the workflow within the maintenance or container shop.
Representative Responsibilities - Maintenance Supervisor:
Supervises maintenance shop employees. Participates in hiring, training, scheduling and performance
management decisions.
Reviews work orders, assigns tasks to employees and verifies the quality of work performed.
Coaches mechanics on techniques and procedures.
Maintains records of all preventive and corrective maintenance performed and assures proper data entry
into the Computerized Fleet Analysis system (CFA).
Schedules work to be performed based on routine preventive maintenance inspections.
Procures parts necessary to complete repairs within assigned limits. Refers larger purchases or major
repairs to Manager.
Conducts employee observations. Discusses findings with employees.
Inspects trucks and tools.
Maintains a safe and productive work environment.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Occasionally road tests vehicles to determine repairs needed.
Available to work Night Shift.

Requirements
Equivalent of (1) high school diploma or G.E.D. certification and two years of vehicle/hydraulic
maintenance or welding experience; OR (2) 6 years of vehicle/hydraulic maintenance or welding
experience.
Two years supervisory or lead experience.
Valid Class A or B commercial drivers license.
Must meet all regulatory requirements to operate trucks and other equipment used.
