PROCEDIMIENTO DE RECUPERACIN DE LAS TARJETAS (NO MP):


1.
Mediante AMOS, bloquear la tarjeta XXYY00 (por ejemplo, 001800) por com
ando:
bl 001800
2.
Conectarse a la RNC mediante telnet <direccin IP RNC>:
telnet 10.210.0.33
3.
Conectarse a la tarjeta en fallo (telnet):
$ lhsh 001800

Conectado a la tarjeta, formatear los volmenes en fallo de la tarjeta en
fallo (formath /d y formath /pXXYY00):

Desde AMOS. Reiniciar la tarjeta (cold con HW test)

cin startHealthCheck.

Esperar al fin del proceso unos minutos y comprobar el resultado observa
do el healthCheckResultCode dentro del atributo healthCheckResult.

9.
Verificar si las alarmas han desparecido.
10.
En caso de que no desparezcan las alarmas, crear incidencia para cambiar
la GPB en fallo
